Pricing FAQ
When does a printer get paid?
Printers receive their 85% earnings once the designer reviews and approves the finished print. Typical payout time is within 24 hours of approval.
What happens if I dispute a print?
If you dispute quality, the printer receives a strike and must reprint at no cost to you. Funds remain in escrow during the dispute. If the reprint also fails, you receive a full refund.
Are there refunds?
Yes. If a printer cannot complete a job, or if three consecutive reprint attempts fail, you receive a 100% refund. Refunds process within 5-7 business days via your original payment method.
How is the price calculated?
Prices are calculated automatically from real material costs in our catalog, based on weight in grams and the type of material. A 15% platform fee is added on top of the print cost, giving the designer's total.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe, plus PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Is there a minimum order size?
There is no minimum order. However, very small prints (under 5g) may have a minimum handling fee set by the printer.
