Terms of Service

Printing Dynamics is an online marketplace that acts as an intermediary between designers (people who want items 3D printed) and printers (people who own 3D printing or laser engraving equipment). We provide the platform, payment escrow, and communication tools — we do not manufacture, print, or ship any physical items ourselves.

The contract for each print job is formed directly between the designer and the printer. Printing Dynamics is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for the performance of either party, except as explicitly described in these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• All information you provide during registration is accurate and current
• You will maintain the accuracy of your account information

Designers are users who submit print requests, upload STL files, and pay for completed prints. Designers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to print any design they upload (including intellectual property rights).

Printers are users who own 3D printing or laser engraving equipment, accept job requests, produce physical items, and ship them to designers. Printers are independent contractors — not employees or agents of Printing Dynamics. Printers are responsible for the quality and timely delivery of their work.

You may only hold one account per email address. Accounts are non-transferable.

The standard workflow on Printing Dynamics is as follows:

• Request: The designer submits a print request with their STL file and specifications.
• Matching: The platform assigns or suggests a printer based on location, capability, and availability.
• Acceptance: The printer reviews and accepts or declines the job.
• Payment: Upon acceptance, the designer pays the total amount (material cost + 15% platform fee) via Stripe. Funds are held in escrow — the printer does not receive payment yet.
• Printing & Shipping: The printer produces the item and ships it with a tracking number entered into the platform.
• Approval: Upon delivery, the designer has 48 hours to inspect and approve the print or raise a dispute.
• Payout: Upon designer approval, the platform fee (15%) is retained by Printing Dynamics and the remaining 85% is transferred to the printer via Stripe Connect.

Printing Dynamics charges a 15% platform fee on every completed transaction, added on top of the material cost. This fee is non-refundable except in cases where the platform is at fault.

All prices are denominated in US dollars. Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe. By using the platform, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Printers must connect a Stripe account to receive payouts. We are not responsible for delays caused by Stripe's verification or payout processes.

Pricing for print jobs is calculated automatically by the platform based on material type and estimated weight. Printers do not set their own rates — all pricing is formula-driven and transparent.

All payments are held in escrow until the designer approves the completed print. The following refund rules apply:

• If a printer declines a job after payment, the designer receives a full refund.
• If a printer fails to complete or ship a job within a reasonable timeframe, the designer may raise a dispute and is eligible for a full refund.
• If the designer disputes quality, the printer must reprint the item at no additional cost. If two consecutive reprints fail, the designer receives a full refund.
• If the designer approves a print and then changes their mind, no refund will be issued.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via Stripe, back to the original payment method.

Disputes between designers and printers are handled through the platform's built-in dispute system. When a dispute is opened:

• The printer receives a strike on their account
• The printer is required to reprint the item free of charge
• Funds remain in escrow until the dispute is resolved

Printing Dynamics may, at its sole discretion, review dispute evidence submitted by both parties and make a final determination on refund eligibility. Our decision in disputes is final.

Printing Dynamics is not responsible for mediating disputes that arise outside the platform (e.g., direct communications, side agreements).

To maintain quality standards, printers are subject to a strike system:

• 1 Strike: Warning notification issued to the printer.
• 2 Strikes: Reduced visibility in search and matching.
• 3 Strikes: Account suspended from accepting new jobs.

Strikes may be issued for failed prints, missed shipment deadlines, or confirmed fraudulent behavior. Printing Dynamics reserves the right to suspend accounts at any time for conduct that violates these Terms.

You retain ownership of any design files (STL files) you upload to the platform. By uploading a file, you grant Printing Dynamics a limited, non-exclusive license to store and transmit the file solely for the purpose of facilitating your print request.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have a valid license for any design you upload
• The design does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• The design does not violate any applicable laws

Printing Dynamics does not pre-screen uploaded files for IP infringement. If you believe a file on our platform infringes your intellectual property, contact us with supporting documentation.

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Print or produce illegal items, including weapons, counterfeit goods, or items that violate local, state, or federal law
• Upload designs that infringe copyrights, trademarks, or patents
• Circumvent the platform's payment system (e.g., arranging direct off-platform payments to avoid fees)
• Submit false or misleading print specifications
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you
• Create multiple accounts to evade strikes or suspensions
• Engage in any fraudulent activity

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

Printing Dynamics is a technology platform and marketplace intermediary. We do not control the actions, quality, or conduct of printers or designers. Accordingly:

• We make no warranties about the quality, safety, or legality of any print produced through the platform
• We are not liable for any physical damage, personal injury, or property loss resulting from a printed item
• We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or carrier issues once an item is handed to a shipping carrier
• We do not guarantee that a printer will be available in your area

The Printing Dynamics platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Printing Dynamics and its operators (including Rosezuleta Media LLC) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of platform fees you paid in the 90 days prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Printing Dynamics, Rosezuleta Media LLC, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any print job you submit or fulfill

Printers are solely responsible for all tax obligations arising from their earnings on the platform. Printing Dynamics and Rosezuleta Media LLC are not your employer, tax advisor, or withholding agent. We have no responsibility for, and expressly disclaim all liability related to, any taxes owed by printers on income earned through the platform.

By registering as a printer, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of Printing Dynamics or Rosezuleta Media LLC.
• You are solely responsible for reporting all earnings received through the platform to the appropriate federal, state, and local tax authorities.
• You are responsible for paying all applicable income taxes, self-employment taxes, and any other taxes or fees required by law on your earnings.
• Printing Dynamics does not withhold taxes on your behalf. The amount transferred to your Stripe Connect account is your gross earnings — tax obligations are yours alone.
• Stripe may issue you a 1099-K or other tax forms as required by law based on your annual earnings. You are responsible for ensuring your Stripe account information is accurate for this purpose.
• Printing Dynamics is not liable for any penalties, interest, or fines you incur as a result of failing to report or pay taxes on your platform earnings.

We strongly recommend that printers consult a qualified tax professional regarding their obligations. Nothing in these Terms constitutes tax advice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Account closure does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already processed.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Rosezuleta Media LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify registered users of material changes by email. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
